Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order, but if for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following policy:
1. Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact and original tags attached.
- Custom, clearance, or special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Log in to your account at usa-chicfurniture.com, locate your order, and submit a return/exchange request.
- In your request, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) via your account portal.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Use a traceable shipping method, and retain proof of shipment until the return is processed.
- Items damaged in return transit may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.
4. Inspection & Processing
- Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it.
- If the item meets eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or ship the replacement.
- Expect this inspection and processing to take 7–14 business days.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return arises from a defective product or shipping error.
6. Exchanges
- If you are exchanging for a different item or variant, we will ship the new item once we confirm the return is approved.
- If the price difference applies, additional charges or refunds will be handled accordingly.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
- If any defect or damage is found, submit a return request through usa-chicfurniture.com right away, including photos showing the damage or defect.
- After verification, we will authorize and cover return shipping for defective items, then issue a refund or replacement.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it must follow the return/exchange process above.
